Since 1989, we've empowered young people to make a positive impact each summer. Take on inspiring projects like awareness campaigns, clean-ups, charity fundraising, and community support. Your dedication makes our neighbourhoods better! Lifestyle is open to 10-16 year olds from the Humberside region and will run during the Summer holidays.

Safer Roads Humber Challenge​

Help make local roads safer through community-driven initiatives. Focus on raising awareness about traffic speed, the importance of visibility for cyclists, safe driving habits, and the responsible use of e-bikes and e-scooters. Use posters, social media, or informative sessions to engage and educate your community on road safety!

Sustainability Challenge​

Contribute to environmental improvement by cleaning up neglected areas, promoting recycling initiatives, and planting local greenery. Organize awareness campaigns on critical issues like plastic waste and water conservation. Collaborate to design nature walks or creative projects that inspire sustainable behaviors, fostering a cleaner, healthier community for future generations. Crime Reduction Challenge​

Engage your friends in a campaign to make your community safer. Conduct crime surveys, produce informative newsletters, or create a youth panel addressing issues like online safety and anti-bullying. Partner with local authorities for support, and promote crime prevention strategies through creative community outreach initiatives.

Life Unlimited – Physical Health Challenge

Promote physical health in your community by organizing sports events, fitness workshops, and fundraising activities. Create engaging initiatives like treasure hunts that encourage families to be active together. By fostering a culture of health and fitness, you’ll inspire your community to prioritize well-being and enjoy active lifestyles. Kick start your team now!

Community Crusader Challenge

Become a catalyst for positive change in your neighborhood by using your creativity to address local issues. Whether it’s fundraising for charities or raising awareness about mental health, your efforts can make a difference. Launch initiatives through social media, art, or events to cultivate a sense of community and connectedness. Are you a computer whizz or super creative? Be a Crusader in your neighbourhood and make it a better place to live!

Mini Police Legacy Challenge​​

If you’ve participated in the Mini Police Project, create your own legacy challenge using key lessons learned. Address anti-bullying, online safety, and crime prevention through campaigns, workshops, or creative projects. Collaborate with peers under the guidance of an adult mentor to foster responsibility and community engagement. Have you taken part in Mini-Police? This is your exclusive challenge!
