Operation Lifestyle
Ready to make a difference in your community?
Operation Lifestyle is an exciting opportunity for 16–18-year-olds to build valuable skills for the world of work and further study — while working with friends to make a real difference in your community.
During October half-term, you’ll team up with your friends and choose a project based on one of our five community challenges.
Choose your challenge
- Quickline Digital Inclusion Challenge
Help people in your community connect with the internet safely, or use digital tools to inspire others, solve a problem or make a difference. - Environment & Sustainability Challenge
Take action to improve your local environment through community clean-ups, awareness campaigns or projects that make your area greener, healthier and more sustainable. - Smith+Nephew Life Unlimited Health Challenge
Promote physical and mental wellbeing through community activities, events and awareness campaigns. - Community Crusader Challenge
Become a catalyst for positive change in your neighbourhood. Identify local issues, campaign for change, organise events and bring your community together. - Crime Reduction Challenge
Help make your community safer by promoting crime prevention strategies, raising awareness and creating campaigns that make a difference.
Show us what you’ve achieved
At the end of the week, create a short video showcasing your project and send it to us.
Your team could win fantastic prizes to enjoy together — and you could even win the opportunity to gain work experience with Humberside Police!
Get your friends together. Choose your challenge. Make a difference.
